Reception, Check-in and Check-out:

The entire hotel has Wi-Fi, including all bedrooms and common areas.

You connect to the Wi-Fi by registering with your e-mail address.

Check-in is possible starting from 2pm, when we can guarantee your room will be ready.

We please ask you to check-out by 11am, in order to allow our staff to clean and prepare the room for the next guests.

Yes, our lobby is open 24 hours a day to welcome and help our guests.

We always recommend that our guests communicate their arrival times in the city.

It is possible to Check-in at any time of the day, as a concierge is available 24/24. It is possible to request a Late Check-out based on room availability and at an extra cost of €40,00.

Yes, hotel guests can leave their luggage at the Hotel lobby, both at Check-in and Check-out time, while they wait for their room or before their departure time.

Yes, breakfast is included for all guests that book their stay directly on our website, via e-mail, or by phone call.

Breakfast, with both sweet and savory options, is served on the first floor (not ground floor) from 8am to 10am. Room service is not available.

For groups only, it is possible to organize an earlier breakfast based on their departure times.

The Hotel offers both sweet and savory breakfast options. At the time of your booking, you can request vegan (packaged certified vegan products) or gluten-free breakfasts (packaged certified gluten-free products).

Yes, it is possible to book a stay with a pet. We will prepare your room with a small dog/cat bed and two bowls for food and water.

Payment:

The invoice must be requested at the time of booking (before payment), by sending the billing information complete with VAT number if required by your terms of taxation.

If the booking is made online, you must specify your invoice request in the “Additional info” field of the booking form, carefully indicating all the necessary billing information.

We accept payments with Visa and MasterCard credit cards (no American Express), PayPal, and bank transfer. Cash money is accepted up to €2.000 in Euro currency.

In the event that your booking requires a payment balance, you can decide to make it at the time of Check-in or by the date of Check-out.

The City Tax (Tassa di Soggiorno) is a tourist tax that each guest must pay for each night he spends in hotels, bed & breakfasts, hostels, and campsites in greater cities in Italy and in the rest of the world. It is charged as an extra cost to be added to the overall cost of room and services offered during the stay.

The regulation regarding the payment of the City Tax varies according to each of the artistic, cultural, and tourist places of interest in which you are staying.

In case of booking cancellation (of the entire stay or part of it), refunds will be made according to the following criteria:

• 100% refund if the cancellation is requested within 3 days (72 hours) from the date of arrival;
• 75% refund if the cancellation is requested within 2 days (48 hours) from the date of arrival;
• 50% refund if the cancellation is requested within 1 days (24 hours) from the date of arrival;
• No refund if cancellation is requested on the date of arrival.

Bank charges related to cancellation are charged to the customer requesting the cancellation. Only amounts paid up to the time of cancellation will be refunded.

Yes, it is possible but we will not necessarily able to guarantee the availability of the same room and price as your original booking.

Upon confirmation of your booking, we will send you an e-mail notification with all the booking details and useful information for your arrival in Venice.

In the event that your booking requires a payment balance, you can decide to make it at the time of Check-in or by the date of Check-out.

Children up to 5 years of age, sleeping in bed with their parents, do not pay.

A family of 2 adults with a child over 6 years old must book the triple room.

A family of 2 adults with 2 children, one of whom under 5 has a 30% discount if the child sleeps in the double bed with the parents. This solution is available writing an email to info@antigotrovatore.it

A family of 2 adults with 2 children both over 5 has a 50% discount on one of the two children. This solution is available writing an email to info@antigotrovatore.it

Your four-legged friends are welcome and do not pay.

Please let us know if your pet is large so that we can best organize ourselves and better accommodate you.

Guests services:

Yes, the Hotel has a lift available from the first floor (not ground floor), where the Hotel lobby is located. To reach the first floor there is an easy access staircase of 20 steps. Porter service is not available.

The Hotel has 2 barrier-free rooms.

Smoking is only allowed on the private terraces of the rooms and in the common area of the hanging garden. Smoking is not allowed in the bedrooms or on any balconies. Smoking is also not allowed in any of the closed areas of the Hotel.

Yes, we have a hanging garden and a lounge in the Hotel hall on the first floor.

Yes, each bathroom has a hairdryer and is stocked with soap and shampoo.

Yes, on the first floor near the Hotel lobby there is an area set up with an iron and ironing board.

Yes, guests have access to a vending machine with hot and cold beverages.
